Watermelon Pizza

A healthy dessert pizza topped with yogurt and fresh fruit!

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 cup coconut flavoured yogurt vanilla yogurt is also an option
  • 1/3 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwis chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes optional
  • 1 small handful fresh mint optional

Instructions

  • Cut a large slice of watermelon 2-3 inches thick with a sharp knife and then cut into individual slices
  • Using a spoon spread an even layer of yogurt on the sliced watermelon
  • Top with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, and mint or whatever your favourite toppings are!
