Watermelon Pizza
A healthy dessert pizza topped with yogurt and fresh fruit!
- 1 watermelon
- 1 cup coconut flavoured yogurt vanilla yogurt is also an option
- 1/3 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/3 cup blackberries
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwis chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes optional
- 1 small handful fresh mint optional
Cut a large slice of watermelon 2-3 inches thick with a sharp knife and then cut into individual slices
Using a spoon spread an even layer of yogurt on the sliced watermelon
Top with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, and mint or whatever your favourite toppings are!
