These 3 Ingredient Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies are simply the best!! They are really easy to make and have a delicious peanut-buttery flavour. These Peanut Butter cookies are my go to when I’m craving something sweet and want something quick. Made with a few simple ingredients and no flour they are naturally gluten free and a bit lighter than regular peanut butter cookies. They also only require one bowl for mixing which is always a bonus as it makes clean up a breeze!
You can use any smooth peanut butter for this recipe but I prefer to use natural peanut butter as it has no added sugar and no additional hydrogenated oil so it keeps them a bit healthier.
It’s important when you’re baking these flourless peanut butter cookies on your cookie sheet, to be careful not to over-bake. The idea is to keep them soft and not too crunchy. The texture of these is tender, and baking them too much will make them extra crumbly and not that great. I also recommend leaving them to cool on your baking pan after you take them out of the oven as they need time to set. They taste a lot better when completely cooled if you can hold out that long. They hardest part is waiting for them to cool completely before diving in!!
You can also add chocolate chips if you’re craving a little chocolate with your Flourless Peanut Butter Cookie but they are also good all on their own. Sometimes I add chocolate chips and sometimes I leave them plain. I’ve also made them plain and drizzled chocolate on top for a little extra treat. These Flourless Peanut Butter cookies really are the best! They are a classic cookie that reminds me of the peanut butter cookies my grandma used to make. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
