I am a wife and a mom of 2 who’s passion is fitness and good nutritious food. I am a self proclaimed foodie who loves to eat well and nourish my family with healthy whole foods. My love for holistic health and proper nutrition has lead me to become a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach.

I am extremely passionate about what I do and love helping others debunk the diet myths and learn how to eat better so that they feel better. I enjoy coaching others on what proper nutrition is and how to live holistically. I believe food can drastically change the way you feel, how you think, as well as how you look. Holistic nutrition to me is about the whole mind, body, and soul and how we can nourish ourselves to our best optimum health.
