Happy FriYAY!! It’s almost the weekend and I’m ready for some yummy appetizers and a glass of bubbly. It’s been a crazy week and I’m looking forward to relaxing with my fam this eve.

One of my fav appetizers to make are these Cranberry Jam and Brie Crisps! These sweet/ tart cranberry jam & creamy Brie on top of a @lesleystowe cranberry hazelnut raincoast crisp are always a hit. They are super easy to make and I love that the raincoast crisps are baked in small batches with the finest quality ingredients. They elevate any occasion even when it’s just appies for 2 at home these days!

INGREDIENTS
* 1 (12-oz) bag fresh or frozen cranberries (not thawed; 3 1/2 cups)
* 1/2 cup honey or 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
* 1 cup water
PREPARATION
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes (jam will continue to thicken as it cools).
You can store the jam in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Been busy the last couple weeks getting started on some projects around the house! We are renovating our 1979 rancher this Spring and step 1 is swapping around our living rooms! Took a little break from painting to treat myself to the new @clifbar Nut Butter Bar. #ad It’s a great-tasting nut butter filled bar that is made from organic plant-based ingredients. It’s lunch time and I’m sharing one of my all

It’s lunch time and I’m sharing one of my all time fav sandwiches I like to call the Green Goddess!!! This sandwich is made with healthy sprouted wheat bread, is packed full of veggies, and has a delicious lemon dill green goddess aioli that is super easy to whip up!

I used Oat So Lovely from @silverhillsbakery which is an organic sprouted wheat bread loaded with high fibre oats. It’s also sweetened with just a touch of naturally sweet date syrup.

One slice provides 21g of whole grains and has 5 grams of protein per slice! I’ve been purchasing Silver Hills bread for years as I love that it is made with sprouted wheat. If you are not familiar with sprouted wheat here are a few of benefits I like:

* Sprouting uses the entire whole grain and valuable nutrients are unlocked and released during sprouting. Sprouting also makes it easier for your body to absorb.

* Sprouting ensures your blood sugar levels stay steady and provides energy to power you through a full day’s work and play.

Recipe is below 👇🏻

Take 2 slices of @silverhills Oat so Lovely bread and spread Green Goddess Aioli on both sides (recipe below). Next add a slice of Havarti or 2, and layer thinly sliced cucumber, avocado, and
2 pieces of butter or head lettuce.

Green Goddess Aioli Recipe
1/4 cup reg mayo or vegan mayo
1 tsp chopped green onion
1 tsp finely chopped dill
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Dash of salt
*simply blend all ingredients in a food processor
