My name is Chelsea and I’m a certified Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach. I’m a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to eat well and nourish my family with healthy whole foods.
I started this blog to have a little space where I could share nutritious recipes and my passion for all things health and wellness. Holistic nutrition to me is about the whole mind, body, and soul and how we can nourish ourselves to our best optimum health. My nutrition philosophy embraces moderation and quality without deprivation.
I live in Kelowna, BC with my husband Eugene, our two wonderful children, and our French Bulldog George. In my spare time you’ll often find me in the kitchen creating new recipes, playing around with my DSLR, working out, or drinking a glass of rose. I mean life is all about balance right?! My gentle approach to a healthy lifestyle is all about eating nutritious whole foods, keeping active, while still enjoying a cookie or two guilt free.
